JOINING FEE $853.24 - incl. GST (as of 08.10.2025)
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE $255.41 - incl. GST (as of 08.10.2025 - increases annually)
AUSTRALIAN CHAMBER QUARTERLY FEE $51.09 - incl. GST (as of 08.10.2025)

1. is a Store Leaseholder at the Melbourne Markets;
2. is registered as a seller with the MMCS and is maintaining the minimum annual throughout of the MMCS as determined by the FreshState Board from time to time; and has been admitted to membership pursuant to the following:
   1. the number of persons who may become members of Fresh State Ltd. is unlimited and the number of members in any category of members is unlimited;
   2. a person may apply for membership by completing this application form to become a Member of Fresh State Ltd
   3. if the Fresh State Board accepts a person or corporation to membership it will upon receipt of the entrance fee and annual membership subscription, enter that corporation’s name on the member’s register in the category of the membership;
   4. the Fresh State Board may, in its absolute discretion, refused or admit an applicant to membership without any requirement to provide reasons for the refusal or acceptance.

QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP FEE $316.87 - incl. GST (as of 08.10.2025 - increases annually)

1. The Fresh State Board may appoint a person as an Associate Member upon any terms, conditions, and privileges as the Fresh State Board determines in their absolute discretion;
2. An Associate Member is not entitled to become a Fresh State Board Member or to vote at any meeting of Fresh State Ltd. but it is entitled to receive notice of and attend and speak at any General Meeting of Fresh State Ltd.;
3. An Associate Member shall pay the entrance fee and the annual membership subscription in the amount and on the conditions as resolved by the Fresh State members in a general meeting passed by a simple majority vote and in addition shall pay any levy in the amount and on the terms determined form time to time by the Fresh State Board.
